The Biden Administration once again finds itself in hot water over its handling of the Southern border. Despite its claims that the border is closed, footage has surfaced of migrants illegally entering the country. It is like the latest episode in the long game of hide and try, as the border policies of the administration continue to hide rather than uncover.
On camera, Breitbart Texas was able to capture over a hundred illegal aliens as they entered the country near Eagle Pass, Texas. Many of them were families with young children. This is a heartbreaking sight, as the Biden Administration's lax border security is responsible for this.
Reports indicate that this occurs almost daily. The illegal aliens approach a Border Patrol station, where they surrender to authorities. It is believed that around a hundred to 300 would show up at the same location each day, which indicates that they have an open mind to enter the US illegally.
The disturbing part is how these migrants are using children as human shields. They know that they can only be detained for so long before they are released to a shelter. This is a clever way of getting quick entry into the US and later on claiming asylum. They are exploiting every loophole that the administration has to offer.
According to data released by the US Customs and Border Protection, the number of families apprehended at the border has significantly increased in the past couple of months. In July alone alone, over 60,000 families were apprehended. In August, almost 180,000 migrants were apprehended at the border. These aren't the actions of a closed boundary.
The Biden Administration should stop making false claims about the southern border and focus on delivering actual solutions to the crisis at the border. Instead of misleading the American people, the president should take a serious reality check.
The Biden Administration must seize the opportunity to address the crisis at the southern border, as it is clear that their current strategy is failing. It is time for them to follow the rule of law, as conservatives believe in upholding the sovereignty of the nation.
