The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has been caught red-handed again, this time for shelling out a whopping $1.5 million to cover President Joe Biden’s legal fees in the wake of a classified documents scandal. It’s the same DNC that has repeatedly lambasted former President Donald Trump for utilizing campaign funds to tackle his own legal battles. The hypocrisy is as thick as pea soup.
Even though Uncle Joe is a multimillionaire thanks to his lengthy political career, the DNC kindly footed the bill for his legal expenses. From July 2023 to February 2024, the DNC doled out $1.05 million to Bob Bauer PLLC, the law firm representing Biden. These payments were primarily for steering the ship through the special counsel probe, which involved bringing in heavyweight lawyer David Laufman, a former Justice Department bigwig who tangled with Hillary Clinton’s email server and Russian interference in the 2016 election.

The special counsel, Robert Hur, who probed Biden’s mismanagement of classified documents, noted in a transcript obtained by Breitbart News that Biden’s cognitive acrobatics and “lackluster memory” made a cameo at least seven times during his interview. Hur’s investigation concluded in February, finding that Biden “willfully” held onto classified documents but ultimately decided not to prosecute him due to “insufficient evidence,” branding Biden as “an elderly man with a poor memory.” Oh, the perks of being a high-ranking Democrat.
In a similar document case, Biden’s Justice Department slapped Trump with a whopping 40 charges, totalling a potential 450-year prison sentence. Special counsel Jack Smith threw the second indictment at Trump on June 8, 2023, conveniently surfacing on the same day damning allegations swirled around Joe and Hunter Biden. It’s beginning to sound suspiciously like a coordinated attack on Trump, with Biden’s counsel meeting a top member of Smith’s team just weeks before Trump’s indictment.
And as if it couldn’t get any more farcical, Smith’s case against Trump still doesn’t have a trial date after being pushed from May, with Trump suggesting that the trial take place after the election. With a majority of voters indicating they would choose Trump over Biden if Trump were convicted, it’s clear that the game isn’t over yet. The plot thickens like day-old gravy, and one thing’s for sure: politics is a circus, and everyone’s getting in on the act.
