Left-wing influencer Kylie Brewer recently posted a TikTok declaring that “MAGA husbands” are cheating on their wives and that conservative women are being betrayed by the very men they support. Her clip, which shows her sharing an article titled “Republicans More Likely To Cheat on Spouses Than Democrats, Married Dating Site Survey Suggests,” pushed a tidy narrative: vote for your husband, and he will still betray you.
In the video Brewer doubles down with personal anecdotes, reading DMs from men who bragged about hating their wives and fantasizing about other women — a spectacle designed for maximum outrage and clicks. She urges women to leave their MAGA husbands and “start thinking for yourself,” turning private marital failings into political theater.
Let’s be blunt: weaponizing anecdotes from DM inboxes and a sensational headline to smear millions of American men is cheap and dishonest journalism, the same playbook the left uses when it needs to delegitimize opponents. The piece she cites traces back to sensational surveys and dating-site data that have long been criticized for selection bias and headline grabbing, not rigorous social science.
More sober research into dating and fidelity shows messy, complicated patterns driven by age, platform, and culture — not a neat partisan line that proves conservatives are uniquely unfaithful. National polling and dating-industry studies demonstrate that online behavior and relationship outcomes vary across many factors, and you cannot fairly reduce it to a partisan insult.
The real story here is cultural rot and the rise of attention-hungry influencers who profit by humiliating ordinary Americans and trashing the institutions that hold our communities together. Sensational Ashley Madison-style surveys can make headlines about adulterers, but they don’t justify painting an entire political movement as morally bankrupt — that’s cowardice dressed up as moral superiority.
Hardworking conservative men and women deserve better than to be caricatured on TikTok for clicks. If someone cheats, hold that person accountable — don’t let opportunistic leftist influencers convert private failures into public shaming of an entire electorate. Our side should answer with dignity, defend families, and demand media that reports facts instead of manufacturing cheap political theater.
