MTG Rattles D.C., Fires Shot at Speaker with Bold Ouster Move

Holy cow, folks, it’s a minibus miracle! After the House of Representatives voted on a funding package to prevent a government shutdown, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) rocked the boat by introducing a motion to vacate the chair and strip Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) of his power. Yeehaw, talk about political drama!

So get this, the House passed the funding package in a pretty dang rare moment of bipartisan cooperation, but that didn’t stop MTG from slapping down the establishment with her wild move. She straight up warned that this “minibus” funding bill would be the downfall of Speaker Johnson. Golly, that’s what I call shaking things up in the ol’ swamp!

Before filing the motion, MTG wasn’t holding back, no sir. She went on a tear on the House floor, preaching about how this bill would just ruin the Republican majority. She even went as far as to call it a “uniparty minibus,” claiming it was controlled by Chuck Schumer and the Dems. Can you believe it?

But wait, there’s more! MTG didn’t stop there. She stood tall on the steps of the U.S. Capitol, declaring that this fight was just the beginning. She’s aiming to win the House, the White House, and the Senate to “restore this country back to greatness.” Hot diggity dog, talk about a heavyweight showdown in the world of politics.

Now, in response to folks gettin’ riled up about vacating the speaker’s chair again, MTG tossed some sass back their way, standing her ground like a true rebel. And you betcha, some House Republicans had a chuckle about it, but they know she means business. What a rollercoaster ride this country is on, y’all.
