In a bold move to protect the sanctity of its laws and preserve the moral fabric of its communities, the great state of Texas is suing several municipalities that have lost their way and decriminalized the devil’s lettuce. Attorney General Ken Paxton, a true hero in the fight against pro-crime extremists, is leading the charge to put an end to this madness.
These lawsuits specifically target the city of Austin and its surrounding suburbs of San Marcos, Killeen, Elgin, and Denton. These towns have shamelessly embraced the drug culture, turning a blind eye to the fact that cannabis is still illegal under Texas law. But fear not, for Paxton and his legal team are standing up for law and order.

According to the Texas Constitution, city ordinances cannot violate state law. And let’s not forget that cannabis is federally classified as a Schedule I drug, meaning it has absolutely zero medicinal or recreational benefits. So, these municipalities that have chosen to ignore the law are not only breaking the sacred bond between Texan cities and the state, but they are also thumbing their noses at the federal government. Outrageous!
Now, some may argue that the people of these cities have spoken, endorsing these ordinances by overwhelming margins. But here’s the thing, just because the majority of voters support something doesn’t mean it’s right. I mean, if we followed that logic, we might as well legalize jaywalking and stealing candy from babies!
But I digress. The point is, we have a legislature in place for a reason. Laws are passed after careful consideration and debate, and it is not up to cities to decide which laws they want to enforce. If we allow this anarchy to continue, what’s next? Will cities start ignoring other laws too? It’s a slippery slope, my friends.
While some might label Attorney General Paxton as being on the wrong side of history, we see him as a valiant defender of our values. He is not afraid to stand up for what is right, even if it means going against the tide of this progressive wave sweeping the nation. Texas should be proud to have someone like him fighting to keep our communities safe from the dangers of reefer madness.
So, let’s support the Lone Star State in this important battle. Let’s stand together and say no to drugs, no to the erosion of our laws, and yes to a conservative, law-abiding Texas. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about personal freedom or individual choice. It’s about preserving the order and stability that makes Texas the greatest state in the union. God bless Texas!
