Tulsi Gabbard, once a Democrat darling and now a growing star on the right, just put America’s Deep State on notice. While President Trump stands tall against the leftist machine, Gabbard decided she wasn’t going to side with him on renewing those shadowy surveillance laws that let unelected bureaucrats snoop on American citizens. She’s drawing a clear line in the sand.
Let’s be honest. The very idea of giving more power to faceless government spies should send chills down anyone’s spine. The same swamp creatures who cooked up the Russia hoax now want to keep the same tools that let them spy on people without real proof or oversight. Liberals shriek about privacy—until it’s their own Deep State running the show. Americans remember how justice and liberty got trampled under Obama and Biden, all in the name of “security.”

Yet, even as Republicans try to fight back against these abuses, the backroom deals never really end. The establishment—those RINOs and globalists—always try to sneak in new loopholes and extended power grabs. Gabbard might not have always been on our side, but here, she’s doing what too many Republicans are too scared to do: standing up to the intelligence bullies. Her move throws a spotlight on how real patriots are supposed to act. It’s called following the Constitution, not hiding behind empty promises.
The left and their media buddies will twist this anyway they want. Their goal? Smear anyone who dares to question the Deep State. They want Americans to believe that if you’re against unchecked surveillance, you’ve got something to hide—or worse, that you’re somehow “un-American.” What a joke. The real anti-Americans are the ones pushing for more government spying while waving around fake “freedom” banners.
Tulsi Gabbard’s stand is refreshing—and it’s exactly what this country needs. It’s time for politicians to put the rights of citizens above the demands of faceless agencies. If Trump and the America First movement can’t get Republicans to care about abuse of power, who will? Maybe the GOP should take some notes from Gabbard, because someone ought to remind Congress: Are you working for the American people, or for the Deep State overlords?
