The Biden administration has once again proven that they are willing to go to extreme lengths to promote their radical agenda. On Wednesday, during a ceremony held at the White House in honor of International Women’s Day, the Biden administration presented an International Women of Courage award to Alba Rueda, a transgender woman. This decision is an affront to the accomplishments and struggles of women everywhere, and it is a clear example of the Biden administration’s willingness to erase and diminish the accomplishments of women.

Alba Rueda is an Argentine politician who made history as the first openly transgender politician to hold a senior governmental position in the country. From January 2020 to May 2022, Rueda served as the Undersecretary of Diversity Policies within the Ministry of Women, Genders, and Diversity. While this is an impressive accomplishment, it is not one that should be recognized with an award meant to honor the courage and achievements of women.
