Time to grab the popcorn, folks. Van Jones, the once-Obama loyalist, is doling out some much-needed home truths that left-wingers usually dodge faster than taxes on inherited mansions. It’s not often CNN gets something right, but when Van Jones, a certified progressive, starts airing out liberal laundry in the wake of a violent antisemitic attack in Los Angeles, it’s truly a rare and refreshing sight.
Jones didn’t just call what happened a mere “protest” like the mainstream media would prefer. No, he used the term “pogrom,” which, let’s be honest, has the left squirming in their hemp pants. According to Jones, Jewish people aren’t harassing Muslims or ransacking mosques. When pro-Hamas agitators storm into Jewish neighborhoods and attack their places of worship and businesses, it’s not a protest; it’s a deliberate terror campaign against a community.

Then, as if expecting to get his progressive card revoked, Jones hammered home that Jewish folk aren’t parading into mosques waving Israeli flags. It’s an unusual display of logic and morality from CNN, pointing out the real aggressors in this mess. Meanwhile, in typical fashion, the left-wing media continues twisting everything into a pretzel to somehow blame Jewish people for breathing too loud.
Of course, the heartland of Hollywood, L.A., saw some of its own leftist insanity this weekend. Pro-Palestinian radicals decided it was a good time to block Jewish residents from entering Adas Torah synagogue. It wasn’t long before fistfights erupted, leaving some bloodied and others pepper-sprayed, courtesy of these “peaceful” demonstrators. The police had to finally step in because, heaven forbid, the city’s progressive elites do anything to maintain order.
In an unexpected turn of events, even Mayor Karen Bass had to speak out against the violence. She condemned the despicable actions of the agitators, making it clear that L.A. will not tolerate antisemitism or violence. Yet, actions speak louder than words, and it remains to be seen if there will be any real repercussions for these thugs.
The bleeding heart Left constantly claims to champion the oppressed, yet they wear their disdain for Jews on their sleeves like a badge of honor. Pro-Hamas, pro-terrorism, and anti-Semitic to the core, they’re the real problem. And it’s not just this isolated incident; these assaults have been simmering and flaring up for months, showing where their true allegiance lies.
