Uh oh, looks like Hunter Biden might be in some hot water! According to two sources familiar with the matter, federal prosecutors are considering filing three tax charges and one gun charge against President Joe Biden’s son. And no, it’s not because he’s a responsible gun owner, it’s because he may have failed to report all of his income and lied on gun purchase paperwork.

NBC News reported that Biden could be charged with two misdemeanor counts for failing to file taxes, a felony count of tax evasion related to business expenses, and a felony gun charge. And let’s not forget that this investigation into Hunter Biden started back in 2018 and focused on his shady business dealings overseas. It’s about time someone holds him accountable!

Now, before you start thinking this is just a partisan witch hunt, let’s remember that the U.S. Attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, is a Trump administration holdover who has been described as a “straight shooter” with no allegiances to either party. So there’s no denying that there’s some serious evidence against Hunter Biden, and even the FBI and IRS have completed their investigations into him.
It’s unclear at this time whether charges will actually be filed against Hunter Biden, but let’s hope justice is served if he did indeed break the law. This just goes to show that even the president’s own family members are not immune to the consequences of their actions.
